Any business opportunity grasped with both hands, even when bitter cold

While most of the non-registered breakfast street vendors have disappeared from the streets in Beijing since a few years, many small family-owned restaurants have extended their business hours and menus with opening their doors already early morning selling breakfast.

Especially in this harsh COVID year which has severely affected many SME businesses in China as practically anywhere in the world, any opportunity to make some more business is grasped with both hands.

And a hot traditional Beijing breakfast is more than welcome in the early morning, especially during these bitter cold days :-)
