𝟭. December 24 - Visitors enjoying an ice ride at the 34th Harbin Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Exposition in #Harbin, capital of #Heilongjiang Province. The exposition opened this week.

𝟮. December 19 – Our Easton Bridge Christmas show with singing, music, poem or calligraphy performances by our students. Our school in Tongzhou district, #Beijing is organizing different Christmas activities throughout the week.

𝟯. December 21 – Mermaid contest show in #Sanya, #Hainan province. Over 40 ‘mermaids’ participated in the contest.

𝟰. December 24 – The first high-speed train connecting #Changchun, #Jilin province in the North-East of China to the renowned Changbai Mountain Scenic Area at the border with North Korea departed at 7:35 am on Friday.

𝟱. December 24 – About 30,000 ruddy shelducks staying over in the Ulaansukhai nuur wetland in Bayannuur, #InnerMongolia autonomous region on their way south. The wetland is a major stop for migrating birds in winter. In recent years, more birds have stayed throughout the winter, rather than continuing to fly south. They mainly feed on fish, shrimp and small plants. Hunting and fishing in the protected area is prohibited.

𝟲. December 24 – Residents pick up vegetables and daily necessities at a residential compound in Yanta district, #Xian, capital of #Shaanxi province. The city has gone into lockdown since Thursday after 52 new COVID-19 cases were administered. Residents should stay at home except for urgent cases like medical emergencies. Each household is allowed to send one designated person out of the house to buy groceries every two days.
