𝟭. March 8 – Delegates embrace outside the Great Hall of the People to celebrate #InternationalWomensDay after the second plenary meeting of the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress in #Beijing.

𝟮. March 9 – Monks complete a mandala sand art, a spiritual design common in Tibetan Buddhism, as part of the Tibetan New Year tradition at Gongdelin Temple in #Lhasa, #Tibet autonomous region.

𝟯. March 7 – Solar power station built up on top of a fishing farm in Tongling, #Anhui Province. The project is expected to generate 110 million kwh of electricity per year.

𝟰. March 9 – Wild lilies, also known as the top ice flowers, the first flower of spring in #Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, bloom in Qapqal county. These flowers appear as the snow on the mountains thaws, and signals the end of winter.

𝟱. March 7 – Members of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) pose for a picture at the second plenary meeting of the fifth session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.

𝟲. March 8 – Volunteers from Jiangsu University help the elderly browse news about the two sessions online in Zhenjiang, #Jiangsu Province. Older people are using computers and smartphones to read about old-age security, medical care policies, and services for the elderly discussed at the two sessions.
