Ginseng root, the king of medicinal natural health, comes in more than one species | More and more people outside China, Korea and Japan are getting familiar with the Ginseng root as strong remedy to restore and enhance your health and well-being.

Notoginseng (Panax notoginseng or Panax pseudoginseng var. notoginseng ), also known as Himalayan ginseng originates from the mountains in south-west of China and is called tiánqī (田七) or sānqī (三七) which means three-seven referring to the three petioles with seven leaflets on each plant. It is also said that the root should be harvested between three and seven years after planting.

The notoginseng root is especially known as a hemostatic herb for use in remedies skin care and natural medicines to halt internal and external bleeding and both invigorates and builds blood.
