Real spring in China is not complete until...

๐˜™๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜ด๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜Š๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ข ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฑ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ฆ until the iconic Ginkgo Biloba (้“ถๆ, โ€˜silver apricotโ€™) tree, also known in English as Maidenhair tree starts blooming for a new cycle from bright, fresh springtime green to a miraculous golden sight in late autumn !

The ginkgo tree is an icon both in Chinese culture and Traditional Chinese medicine. The tree stands for #longevity and #vitality, often planted at temples and monasteries since ancient times. Sometimes called a โ€˜living fossilโ€™, it is the only surviving member of the ancient Ginkgophyta order of plants with fossils dating back 270 million years ago.

Ginkgo Biloba leaf is an essential herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), mostly focusing on brain health and blood circulation due to its powerful antioxidants and fighting inflammation. #Anxiety, focus, headaches, #cardiovascularhealth and symptoms of psychiatric disorders and dementia are among others being treated by these unique medicinal leaves.
