Students health exercise revolution in China continues...

After a school principal of Xiguan Primary School in northern Shanxi province introduced his shuffle dance as a morning exercise two months ago with a massive share on Chinese social media (see one of my previous posts), new forms of dance are appearing in schools all over China to modernize the traditional workouts and exercises for Chinese children.

See here a PE teacher from a secondary school in Pingliang, northwestern China’s Gansu province, who made his own choreography to Puerto Rican rapper Daddy Yanky’s hit ‘Dura’ for more than 400 students to be fit and ready for school during workouts.
