The leap forward in a new 5G world...

China installed about 600,000 5G base stations in 2020 coming to a total of about 700,000, more than twice the installations in the rest of the world. The ambition is to install another 1 million stations this year. Last year Shenzhen became the first large city in China to be 100% 5G covered and about 140 million people subscribed to 5G networks last year.

Even though numbers certainly do not say it all as efficiency, integration and other technology factors play a vital role as well in the 5G performance, China is moving fast forward into a 5G society.

If the perspective is that 5G is โ€˜justโ€™ a faster mode of 4G, read following article โ€˜๐Ÿฑ๐—š ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€ ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป'๐˜ ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐˜โ€™ by the World Economic Forum.

Health care, infrastructure, environment or agriculture are just some of the sectors in society which will undergo high-tech revolutions based on the 5G rollout during coming years, along with other high-tech evolutions in #artificialintelligence and #bigdata.
